Happy first day of spring!

What a beutiful day it was! Was happy to finally make it to the gym this am, took ypump & pilates this am. After lunch took a walk w/ds to feed the swan, geese, seagull or fish @ the lake. Put out lots of bread but we only saw a couple swan in the distance. Going to try to go to bed at a reasonable hour tonight, ate well so far, just need to drink more water. Good night!

Trying to figure out how to get my son to stop wetting the bed at night. He had been sleeping through the night for several months w/out accidents so I gave away all his diapers, Of course now for the past couple months he's been having accidents every night. Last night right through the nighttime diaper!!! Tomorrow I plan on threatening him w/putting hello Kitty pink&purple sheets on his bed & will get his big boy bedding when it stops.
