Today is the birthday of the only 2 awesome women I had in my wedding party. My sister & a good friend.
I apologize to my spark friends about not have a healthy reflection today I haven't received half my spark emails so I'm just winging it, lol. Hope I get them tomorrow. Anyone else only getting half their spark mail, very odd. It's not even in my options any more :( Wonder if I screwed up my settings somehow. Anyways did a half hour of Zumba this am followed by ypump. Called my sister to wish her happy birthday in the afternoon which flew by. Did well nutritionally, which I find crazy since I ate like 4 poptarts after dinner tonight. I was happy to get my chocolate fix though. Getting close to that TOM, hope that isn't too much info for you. I'm so excited only a few more days before I leave for Australia. Have a Happy Valentines day tomorrow spark friends!

Healthy spark reflection-Insight into learning

Every season in life is full of learning experiences. One step leads to the next and we can draw on the past and walk confidently through trials as our wisdom grows. Our thoughts eventually turn into our habits, which determine where our lives go. Put your dreams in capable hands--your own. Don't let the "wisdom of the world" become the internal voice that guides you. What has your own life taught you? What experiences have brought you to where you are now? Think about what it takes to overcome the roadblocks in your life. What skills do you need in order to achieve you goals? Take a writing class to jumpstart the book you've always wanted to write. Shadow a friend who knows how to sew, or research a trip to the country you have longed to visit. The common denominator for all successful people is having the right tools to realize their goals.
I find writing down & talking about my goals w/others helps me to achieve them. Best wishes spark friends on achieving all your goals!!
