I've been doing sparkpeople for a couple weeks now and have found it very helpful and sort of addictive. I've been making up excuses for the past few years b/c I've been either pregnant or nursing. I have no more excuses, I'm done. I need to lose the baby weight. I'm enjoying losing some of the weight, while exercising learning about nutrition and getting points to boot for doing good things for myself. I would love to have 6 pack abs for this summer, we shall see, LOL. Here's to hoping I do it right!
