Good week...bad week

Good week for working out... big gains and great prgress.

Bad week for eating... not eating very clean the last couple of days. Fat seems to crawling into my food. Cookies, BK whopper jr. etc. you get it! Enough said.

The rest of the day and the rest of the week will be better... I hope!

Off the Couch!

Yeah that's exactly what I need to do... GET OFF THE COUCH!!!!

I'm not saying that I'm lazy I am active but I could push myself a little hard so I can reach my goals a little quicker. I got the Oxygen special edition "Off the Couch" and I've heard there is contest for before and after pictures...not sure what page it's on yet but I'll find it. I'm very interested in it however I'm not positive I'll send in the pic because of my loose skin in the abdomen there is nothing I can do about that unless I get a surgery to remove it and I can't do that until August. My bf says he will take pic my before and after pics...perhaps tonight he'll get started. I bench tonight I'm up to 55 on the flat I'd like to get back to 75 for the workout.

Oh yea I've lost another 2 lbs!!!!!!!!!

I need a challenge! Anyone out there will to get me started? I use the excuse of two jobs for not getting my workout in... I need help! I want to build the muscle... Because of losing weight so fast since the surgery my skin is loose and since I been slacking on my workouts I feel the sag even worse now. I know there is nothing I can do about the loose skin but I can fill in a little or rather tone up some with muscle... ANYONE!!!

Ok well yesterday I was way too busy to get a workout in so I called it my rest day... Today I'm off from my part time job and so instead of going back to bed like I usually do I got started early. I've clean the apartment (dusted and vaccumed) cooked dinner (lean ham and roasted potatoes)... and now I'm in the middle of taking supplements so I can do a double workout today. Legs and Biceps... make up for yesterday. I'm just about ready. emoticon emoticon

Finally back on track...

Well it's Friday and so far so good... I've worked out everyday but Tuesday (rest) since Sunday. I feel good and feel the muscle coming back. I want to build it!!!!! Although at this very moment I would like to cry because I smashed my pinky finger on one of the 25 lb plates. That's ok I'll suck it up and go lift. Later *_*
