I did it!!

I called and got in 10/04 mon for a fill. And i feel better now.. I just hope he can get it in the office , last time he was able to get it . The other time he had to have me go get it done under x ray.

Cant wait for it !!!!

getting back on track, again

Well I didn't loss this week if anything gained again can't get on the Wii.

I was thinking and I have gotten on the candy some , I was off it for along time BUT!!!

oh well no more of that!!

I figure if I don't do something soon I might call Medicare and see what they cover for a fill.

My food isn't lasting me as long as it used to . And I'm more hungry.

So I think it's either time or close

I'm stepping it up on the exercises too, so that should help some.

gotta get straight before the colder months come!!

On track again!!!

Hopefully next blog I'll be under 330 and stay there!!

Made it to a goal now onto another one

I got on the Wii sport 326. lbs limit is 330... So I exercised today and I will do the Wii sport everyday..

I am making a big goal--- by next yr 60 lbs less . Gone . want it gone!! Step 1

Then onto the next 60lbs , lol

I know I feel better then I used to. And now I can exercise and also want to improve on my balance so I can put my cane down for ever!!!!!

Ok that's plenty for now , lol

Got on the Wi board...

Hi , So yesterday 9/12/10

I didn't get kicked off the Wi ..

Yeh!!!

So I'm 327 and I'm happy about getting on and being under 330

But now it's onto another goal... I want to get further under that 330 so I'm not so close to being kicked off again

I realized I want to loss 120lbs, it's hard to say and to even think about being 190 ( I WAS THERE BEFORE MY OLDEST , 30 + YRS AGO)


But I feel I can do it, it's gonna be hard and I'll need my buddy and u guys to help me stay on track , thanks alot!!!!

And I know I'll have a few downs along with the ups

So I told my hubby ( great support and my daughters) That by next summer I want 60lbs of my 120 to be gone.. I figure in a yr 60 lbs isn't too bad ( I HOPE, lol)

If not I'll deal with that then... ( Take away any sharp objects , lol)

So 28more lbs and I'll be under 300---- can't wait!!!

Well just wanted u guys to know , thanks for listening and all the support

    You are off to a great start. I think 60 pounds in a year is obtainable. That is just about a pound a week so it is doable. Never fear emoticon

Back to exercising

I only missed like 2-3 days but I was feeling bad , stiff . And just not feeling too good . The only reason I stopped was cause I felt so bad , cause I was out of my pain/ nerve pill for my back. And I swear I was going through with draws... I felt sick, tried , broke out in a rash , So all over felt bad . feel better now , yeh!!

So I 'm back to exercising and slowly feeling better and better

It's weird how it only takes a few days of not exercising to feel bad..

Well just wanted to thank everyone for ur support .

    I feel the same ay when I miss my workouts.... Its amazing that in 18 months I went from forcing myslef to do wokouts to missing when I dont do them.
