Ok it's been a while so I just want to let everyone know my weight loss plans.
Eating healthy; Making sure to get in all my water.
I'm using weightwatchers Flex points
Working out using Wii fit,& sports
Total Gym; Ab Lounger, WATP DVDS;
and Gazella.and walking. I keep changinging around hoping it makes a differents.

I am starting over , trying to get back on a healthly living style I am starting exerise again. and eating healthyer. I have fallen back into bad habbits of not exerising, eating what and when ever.
Starting today I'm takeing 30 min. for my self to do what I need to or want to.

    I've been the same recently as well, I'd barely logged on and for a fortnight I didn't track anything I ate or water I'd drank or even how much exercise I'd done. I just had no motivation, so you are not alone. This week I've got back to it and I'm glad to see you have too.

I weighted in this morning I started at 150 lbs. I am now 146 lbs. a week latr. I feel good. I am using the same scale. That was a suggestion from SP. I stayed within my calories range yesterday. I am very proud of my self.
