Why does Sparks Recipes not have a "low-sodium" diet selection? This seems a bit like a no-brainer.
I was searching recipes last night and found a few that would be considered very high in sodium, even for a perfectly healthy person.
I am getting the hang of watching for sodium myself (which is ironic, as I am actually low in sodium myself. What you do for love!) but I'm sure there are people who could use help. For myself, it would just make things a bit easier if I had some 'safe' recipes I didn't have to think about too much. You know, for THOSE days...
So, how 'bout it?
And can anyone help me to change the units on my weight ticker from kgs to lbs?
