Seeing progress and loving it. Still have a long way to go to get to the "body" that I want but I'm going to get there one day. I'm not going to the gym, just doing a lot of speed walking (when I'm not lazy), doing Taebo (sometimes) using Resistance Bands and 5lb dumbbells. Will swim every now and then. I'm tired of hearing, "You have to go to the Gym", "You have to stop eating Carbs". None of this is true. I'm proving that eating right (most of the time) and good old fashion exercise (like walking, riding a bike, swimming and your own body weight) will help transform your body. I'm in it for the long haul. And I'm proud of myself. 20 lbs gone and counting!!!! And I learned that I didn't gain weight overnight so, It's not going to leave overnight (although I wish it could).
