Progress

My weight loss group had its weigh in today and, for the first time since we started, I have made major progress. I lost at least a 1/2 inch everywhere, except my chest (where I gained an inch), and I lost just over 2 pounds! I am excited and looking forward to this week.

I am keeping similar goals to those I had last week, but am also incorporating our group goal of trying to either cut or burn 500 calories this week.

I'll try and keep track of things here as well, but I'm not as reliable a blog or even adding my info into the trackers. I will try to post at least once a day here, to keep a log of my activities.

We'll see how it goes!

Just stay in your lower range of your calories instead of cutting 500 calories, you need to eat specially if you are increasing your exercise.

    Congratulations on your progress!!! Way to go! I will say that it helped me alot when I began tracking what I was eating and my exercise. I guess because it makes me think twice about eating something, because I know I will have to track it. Makes sense for me anyway! :)
