Focus on feeling
Focus on the positives of exercise, how do you feel and how does it make you look.
I believe how you feel is VERY important. It is a self motivator. For me, when I do things for other people that they are not able to do for some reason or another, that encourages me to keep exercising and eating right. It also relieves LOTS of stress :)
