Try something new
Why not try a game of squash? Or rock climbing? Go wild and try new things all the time. I have been on my health journey since 2009 and still havenít reached my goals yet. I made a commitment to myself that I would achieve it this year and start next year on new goals. In-between my P90X workouts, I take a week off and do whatever I feel like doing. Mostly just stay away from ST training. This does help a little. Change in routineís of any kind makes life exciting.
