Congratulations on becoming a coach. I don't remember if this is fairly new or old news but emoticon!! I am on there every morning logging my workouts now that I'm doing the 60 days of Insanity.

Get the new gadget

Thereís nothing like the latest heart rate monitor to make sure you hit the gym.

Personally, I think you should do this as a reward when you have reached a mile stone or goal.

INDEED! Exactly what I did! Reached a weight loss goal and got my first HRM. Having a gadget like this has truly helped push me in working out more just to see what more I can do!

Try something new

Why not try a game of squash? Or rock climbing? Go wild and try new things all the time. I have been on my health journey since 2009 and still havenít reached my goals yet. I made a commitment to myself that I would achieve it this year and start next year on new goals. In-between my P90X workouts, I take a week off and do whatever I feel like doing. Mostly just stay away from ST training. This does help a little. Change in routineís of any kind makes life exciting.

Change is good. I just started Insanity as my something new. I also like to take a break and change things up between programs. That's how I got hooked on cycling.

Vary your routine

Donít just hit the same machines over and over again, youíll soon get bored.

I totally agree. 90 days is even a long time to keep doing a routine. Keep pushing play!!!!!!!!!!

That's why I like doing the hybrid programs on Beachbody. Most of them are only 60 days.

Set your goals

You need goals to work to in order to succeed.
Want to run a marathon? Want to drop a dress size?

This is like working for a living. Not doing it just for
fun. There are goals in mind (new house, clothes, vacations.)
