You need goals to work to in order to succeed.
Want to run a marathon? Want to drop a dress size?

This is like working for a living. Not doing it just for
fun. There are goals in mind (new house, clothes, vacations.)

Donít miss out on your workouts either if your partner
decides to not workout.

    If I could get someone to workout with me at 4am it would be great but no luck. Sometimes you have to be your own motivation. When you quit the only one you cheat is yourself! emoticon

Buy some travel equipment

If youíre away on business or on holiday itís always useful to
have a jump rope and some resistance bands this will ensure you
donít have to miss your workout.

For P90X, all you need is some bands to complete the workout.
When you get back home, get back on the weights :)

    I use the Deck of Cards app on my phone. I love this workout. It's great for hotels that don't have any equipment or for multiple days in the same hotel. I travel with an iPad so can't bring the DVDs with me and Netflix doesn't have workout DVDs for streaming anymore. emoticon

buy a top of the range treadmill. Get a piece of equipment
you will look forward to using.
