Consistent exercise
To create a calorie deficit and to tone up you MUST regularly
perform both cardio and resistance training. Aim for three
cardio sessions and three weight training sessions a week.

I think this really depends on what your goal is. If it is to gain
muscle, the I would think at least 3 days of ST and 1 days of
cardio. If you are a runner, then it would be opposite.

Eat more often

Smaller meals eaten more regularly will keep
your metabolism high and will help you to burn more fat.

I HIGHLY recommend this. I have read some articles
that say to eat whenever you get ready. As long as your
stay within your calorie range. I believe eating something
every 2 to 3 hrs does help keep your metabolism at its peek.
If you allow too much time between meals your body may
go into starvation mode. So feed yourself something every
few hrs.

I have decided to become a beachbody coach and I need to come up with a name that includes christian and fitness.

I am not a very creative type person, but my wife is. This is what she came up with and I liked, "TEMPLE FIT" and I will use "1 Cor. 6:19-20"


So what ideas do you all have? Hey P90X vets, you all know me :) Whatcha got?

    I like the name - very catchy and with a good message. I do have to ask, what's a Beachbody Coach? Is that like a personal trainer?

    I love the Temple Fit name. I also love that bible verse and use it often to motivate myself.

Goes with the bible verses, Your Body, His Temple.

    Congratulations on deciding to become a Beachbody coach! That's a big step. I know that you will be more committed and effective than some that are out there.

I'm not very creative either but I love Temple Fit! Your body is a temple and it should be fit!
