To create a calorie deficit and to tone up you MUST regularly
perform both cardio and resistance training. Aim for three
cardio sessions and three weight training sessions a week.
I think this really depends on what your goal is. If it is to gain
muscle, the I would think at least 3 days of ST and 1 days of
cardio. If you are a runner, then it would be opposite.
