Don't be a workoutaholic

Going to the gym or working out all the time leads to staleness and injuries - donít bea bore!! Focus on your workout.

I personally donít recommend your workout to be any longer than 90 min. Do your best for that time! When you are done, NO MORE! Focus on your nutrition for the rest of the day.

Hi, my name is Kelly and I'm a workoutaholic. My week day workouts are typically 30-60 minutes but the weekends are made for working out. I will go for a very long bike ride and do lots of yoga. Both of these keep me very centered and at peace.

Compound Exercises

Donít have much time to workout? Want THE top muscle builders? Want to developreal strength? If so compound exercises should be the core of your strength routine!Compound exercises are simply exercises that target more than one muscle group. Forclarity, exercises that target a single muscle group are called isolation exercises.Anyway on to the Herculean strength builders!!

I believe the P90X Plus does a great job with this!

Wait at least 45 minutes before eating

Waiting for at least 45 minutes after your cardio session
before eating will massively benefit your fat burning capabilities.

Personally, either its ST training or Cardio, I try to get my whey protein, casein, and glutamine, down within the first hr. It seems to work for me.

Stop Screwing Up

Don't try to lose your gut by working your abs. Researchers at the
University of Virginia found that it takes 250,000 crunches to burn
1 pound of fatóthat's 100 crunches a day for 7 years.

REMEMBER, 80% of your success at weight loss is your nutrition emoticon

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYONE!

End Back Pain

For every set of abdominal exercises you perform, do a set of lower-back exercises.
Focusing only on your abs can lead to poor posture and lower-back pain.
