Do More Chinups
Don't think about pulling yourself up when you do
chinups. Instead, imagine pulling your elbows down.
The exercise will seem easier.
I know a lot of us could only do 1 or 2 of these when we started P90X. By the end we could 5 or 6. That is GREAT progress!!! I have noticed that this exercise uses a lot of upper body muscles. Like Tony says, "I hate it, but I love it!"
