    Glad you had an awesome birthday week! It is hard to stay on plan around special events - but you know what? You had it balanced... dinner and drinks with your girl then some dancing to work it off!     Thank you for sharing this! I hope that it helps someone else. I went through this myself.. I would go to a fast food place and order 2 meals or to Zaxbys and order a large chicken finger plate + an appetizer. I would binge on fast food and then hide the wrappers/bags in the bottom of the trash can or in the dumpster. I would then feel so guilty for the binge that I would go for a couple of days without eating (a purge of sorts). I'd then repeat the vicious cycle. I dealt with this for about 4 years. It took me a long time to break this cycle - I truly believe that fast food can become an addiction.

I'm proud of your results! You'll get to 230 before I do.. but I am right behind you :)

    That's awesome!! I remember when I ran my first mile straight through. It was such a milestone and it really motivated me to keep going. That was 2 months ago. Now I'm running about 2.5 miles straight. It'll happen before you know it. Good luck!!

I might check out that TurboJam for those days when it's just too hot to get out of the house.

Congratulations for the weight loss!!! That's incredible!! Keep it up!
