I'm Determined...

Hey...So I'm so determined right now to get to my mini July Goal of 250lbs I can taste it!! Today I have to go to the gym alone which is fine I'm gonna kick some butt while I'm there...I haven't been going to the gym like I want to but I did work out twice last week this week I'm pushing for 4 days!! I'm already at 68 ounces of water today but i have one more 34oz of water for the day which will be a total of 102 ounces of water.

I'll weigh in on Wednesday this week...If We Believe It We WIll Acheive It!!

I'm determined here I come 250lbs!!

How are ya'll doing of course ya'll know I'm trying to get my 1st video up on the site having a few issues but its coming!! I have to confess I only worked out once last week and I tried to eat healthy and I think I did a pretty good job!! Even over the weekend I was very aware of what I was eating...

So lets get down to business My Weigh In For Tuesday 7/14/09 is:

-253.6lbs emoticon

My last weigh in(s) was:
Sunday 7/12/09 and I was 256.4lbs
last blog on 7/8/09 I was 257lbs

I'm 3.6lbs away from my July Mini Goal of 250lbs...
I will be working out Tues,Wed,Fri & Saturday emoticon

Hey Ya'll Haven't Done a Blog in a minute plus I see I can now do video blogs..so ya'll will be seeing me very soon!!

So I didn't work out last week nor did I eat right plus I went back home to New Orleans for Essence Weekend which was fantastic!! So guess what...I gained weight yes ma'am i did which i knew so i'm not surprise!! But I'm determined to get back on track...

Today was my 1st day back at the gym did 30mins on the elliptical burned 400 calories and I feel great!! So I'm working out Wednesday-Saturday yes I know Saturday yes I got to get my 4 days in. Plus Im starting to eat healthy again as well!!

My Mini Goal:
-Take My Lunch to work everyday & eat it
-Drink 60 or more ounces of water
-Get Back to 253.6lbs (before I went on vacay...lol)
-Eat Breakfast & Dinner As Well
**My current weight right now is 257lbs so I need to lose 3.4lbs**

    Keep at it sweets. My weight also went up after a setback and this past week I've been doing all the right things: emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon and I've already dropped 4 pounds since Monday so it can be done
Just remember that it's important to track everything and keep in touch with your support groups. We can't do this alone. That's why we Spark!

Heyyyy Spark...
So 1st I have to confess that I weighed myself last week twice and it was horrible it said 261 which is horrible right!! Of course I said it had to be aunt flo so okay i'm addicted to the scale I can admit it!! So I weighed myself today and...

From Last week 261 lbs

Todays Weigh In:

Yes thats right I'm 256.6lbs....Praise The Lord!!

I'm so excited and so motivated to keep pushing on...I'm 1.6 pounds away from my June Mini Goal of 255lbs!!

So If I Go By Last Week Weigh In I'm Down -4.4lbs
If I Go By The Ladt Offical Weigh In I'm Down -1.6lbs
**I use the same scale in the am before eating breakfast**

    Congrats TwoSweet! I know it must feel good knowing your hard work is paying off. Keep pushing! Like you I am addicted to the scale. I weigh my self every morning and sometimes a couple times a day. I do feel what BMore is saying about inches. I will weigh myself, but notice my pants fit a little loose or recently I can see a difference in my face and other areas of my body. BUT, I'm still addicted to the scale. I wasn't so much before I bought the digital scale. LOL! emoticon How do we stop?!?!?!? LOL. Great Job TWOSWEET.

    TooSwt, I don't know how many times I have told you to leave that scale alone. I am on my with my RGF for an intervention. Measurements beat the scale everytime. I am in my size 10 pants and I weigh a solid 185lbs. Work on inches as opposed to scale and you will see a world of a difference. Trust me, I wouldn't care if I was 200lbs and I was a size 9.
Try it and see if you can become addicted to losing inches.

Wzup Spark...

Well 1st all i can say is Grrrr...as ya'll have read Aunt Flo is in town and she's being trying to get here for like two weeks!! So now that she's her she is really showing her behind!! But thats okay i'm gonna make it. So I have to be honest during this emotional hormonal time my eating has not been great and i can say i had my moments but i caught myself and tried again. I think after she leaves i will get better at the eating but i know i got to do no matter what. I have however been working out last week i worked out for 3 days and this week i'm shouting for 5 days. I absoulutely LOVE Golds Gym...I'm motivated and happy with my instructors i'm getting my sweat on and i feel great!! after i workout and i get home child i'm tired dog tired but i get a good night sleep.
So i decided not to weigh in this week due to aunt flo and i know if i gained regardless its gonna mess me up mentally!! I got my IPHONE ya!! So you know i got the sparkpeople app and a app called lose it which is cool!! I'm trying to get there and its hard man but i know i can and will make it.

    It's very good that you realize where your week areas are. I always say self-realization will help you stop yourself before you do something you may regret. Being around family can be hard, but remember enjoy the food, but control your portions. GO Gold's Gym!!!
