Okay Ya'll...The Second Weigh In for Feb.

Weigh In:
259.8 lbs (-0.2)

Okay so I'm kind of happy but I'm kind of like Twosweet you got to kick some butt in the gym for the next weigh in. I'm happy not to see 260 which is like my battle line but if I tip the scale bu 0.2 I'm back to 260!! But I know what I have to do and I'm going to do it!!

What A Day Ya'll...

So of course I didn't Get Up at 5am cause I was really tired due to picking up my husband from work. BUT...after work I went to my moms house and worked out for 30mins on her treadmill and i left my TurboJam DVDs at her house so i did the 20min workout as well let me tell you I was tired as all get out!! But I'm very happy that I did workout and tomorrow since my husband is off I will workout either in the morning or after work!! But I will be at the gym tomorrow!! Plus I weighed myself cause I still need to take control of my Weekends I do so bad on weekends its crazy. So I was scared I gained my weight that I Lost back!! But Praise Jesus (lol) I didn't in fact I went from 260.4 to 260.0lbs!! I was very happy but this number 260 has been my enemy I need to get out of the 260 Crew!! I've been here before and I want to leave it behind me and never see that number again on the scale!! And ya'll know I'm addicted to the scale but i'm working on it I just did Monday & Wednesday!! So I pray that Weigh In Wednesday will be the day I leave the 260 Crew!!

Plus I made some new SP friends today so Heyyyyyy Divas Don't Be A Stranger & I Promise I won't be a stranger!!

I Seen This Quote & I was like WoW That's Kind of Harsh But Yet I Sat Here At My Computer & Just Looked At It & It Hit Me!! Its True There's No In Between With This No Middle Ground Its Either You Give 100% or Nothing At All!! So It Was A Big Kick In My Ass This Morning So No Excuses No Reason As To Why Not or I Can't!!

So Monday is the 1st day at the Gym emoticon lol!! But Get This I have to do something after work so I have to workout in the morning emoticon yeah i know I'm not a morning person At All!! But you have to sacifrice...So I'm getting up at 5 a.m. so I can get to the gym at 6a.m. Workout for 30-45mins take a shower get dressed and go to work which is right next door..Thank God for that!! Ooh Lawd I dunno ya'll I'm nervous cause I gets my sleep on and i have to be up at 1130p so I can get my hubby from work tonight...I can do it I can do it!!

So this time during the whole time that I've been here I Am 100% into becoming a Healthier Twosweet504!!

Even After losing 4lbs this week I still haven't got it together to get my excerise going...So I got to emoticon myself in the BUTT & get it going!! I'm just not motivated to do any workouts i did workout Tueday because The Biggest Loser Night Is My Last Change Workout But I need To Do Something To Kick Myself Back On The Workout Journey!!

So I got to figure out whats going to REALLY Push Me To Start Back...Any Ideas?!?

    i agree with Lilshine, you have to decide that you want it bad enough and you will get moving. I am here for you and I know exactly how you are feeling and I need a emoticon in the rear to. Because I have been really slacking lately. we just need to get out of this slump we are in and get moving. We can do it.

    The only thing I can say is that YOU have to decide that you want it bad enough to get moving again. It's those first steps and first days of dedication that get you over the hurdle.

The I Challenge Update: Going Well Drinking Water Going To Bed I Worked Out Last Night So That Was Day One So I Have to Workout For 4 to 5 more days!! I'm ready baby for the rest to come off and to hit my goal of 8 to 10 pounds this month!!
