My calories were through the roof today! Woohoo!

I went over by about 350 calories! . . . 33g of fat! . . . and 7g of protein!

This is just the boost I need!

  I'm usually at the low end, or below, my range.

Given what I eat, you'd have to eat a lot of it to rack up that many calories. And I wouldn't eat what I ate on Monday too often.

    In a way you're lucky because I feel like I'm starving at 1200 calories per day, I usually hover around 1400 calories these days. It's good to fool your body once in a while to help boost its metabolism though!

  It's quite hard for me to go over without making a determined effort. It takes effort to get even to 1200.

    Hey, I just watched "Sherlock Holmes" with my DH last Saturday. I loved it and really laughed a lot. Love to travel and the ocean as well! And the color "orange"! I've shifted 2lbs in the last week!
It's about time. I've been round and about 143 for over a month now.
I think that perhaps I won't reach my goal until I start exercising. Who knows . . .

Full speed ahead

After my wobble I'm firmly back on track now and so it's full speed ahead. I've shed those few lbs I gained and hope to keep shedding some more.

This morning for the first time I looked at myself and saw progress. My stomach looked almost-kinda flat. Flatter than it has in ages. I was pleased . . . especially as I know it'll get even flatter.

Va va va vooom!
