I am sure I off track this week and the scale will tell.
I was doing fine but we went out yesterday for lunch and I thought I made a good choice in the Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich. As I am not eating any salt in all the meals, the salt in that chicken came close to the recommended amount. Even though I watched my portions at dinner I was over my calorie limit by 400 cal.
Tonight we will be eating on the run again as we are driving to Halifax so if the scale move down a little tomorrow, well these are my excuses. And you all know they are just excuse, I just blew it.
Next week as i mentioned somewhere else I will be fasting (Just not eating during daylight) so I will have to plan my meals careful so that I am not putting my healthy in danger.
My plan is to exercise around 5;30 am and again after dinner
Milk, cereal, fruit and egg whites or whole eggs,vegetable soup and 2 cups of water (400 cal).
Evening Meals: I will break the fast with a light snack of yogurt and nuts and water around 6:00 pm and then go for a walk with my daughter. Then dinner will be pasta or brown rice, a protein (meat, beans or fish) cooked vegetable (1 serving) and small salad of mixed greens, skim milk or unsweetened soy beverages and end with a small fruit salad before bed and water. I will be taking my multivitamins. I think will be able to get in 800 calories.
I have an option of stopping any time If I find that my body is not happy about all that change. My friend will not mind, she appreciates the support even if it is one day.
As we go int the second half of this challenge, I hope you are getting the hang of it and putting it all together. I am realizing that i get out as much as i put in. So this net week I am going to do my best to stay on track and then ripe the benefits.

I have reached a conclusion that traveling is not my friend. I had my routine all worked out, get up exercise (cardio), breakfast, work and visit with Liz (walk) and home and do my ST. Then off we went to visit my son's family in Sarnia, ok I exercise before we left on Friday and even ate normal meals. The temperature in Ontario is too hot to do any thing outside after 10:00 am so I exercise on the treadmill and did ST with resistance band.
Sunday was the baptism, so I did not exercise and then at the party, I found the "naked chip". this bag of chips may be baked but naked no, they taste great so I over indulged. I am not looking forward to stepping on the scale as I can feel that I am not losing any this week.
The visit was great, Carmen our GD is now a joy to be with and she is no long shy as she was during Xmas. So we did have a good time visiting with all friends.
My nose dive, it looks like lack of exercise on Sunday affected my routine more than I expected for I seem to want more days off exercise or do less than I normally do and for me when I exercise at less intense level, I tend to make bad food choices. Last night I found myself making Peanut butter and jam sandwich for supper, may be I needed the fat. Is my body telling me something or this another excuse to revert to my bad eating habits.
I am sure do not want to go back there.
So I am going to put that Peanut butter jar out of reach for now and get back to the routine.
My actions for today:
I packed a healthy lunch (sweet potables, lentil soup green and red bell peppers and mushrooms) an apple and yogurt for snacks.
I have my 10 cups of water lined up on my desk.
Change to walk with Leslie as my experiments run into lunch hr. so I will do the 5 mile fat burning walk.
I will do circuit training (biggest lose bootcamp) after work.
These action should bring me back to what I consider my normal.

I managed to do every thing on to do list yesterday.
I almost backed out of the walk with Liz as it was raining on and off. Then i remembered i had packed my rain gear so no excuse.
So we had our 30 min walk and I did my ST when I reached home.
So today's to do:
1:I packed my lunch (which is chickpeas, stir-fried veggies and 2 small potatoes)
Fruit: 15 cherries, 1/2 raspberries, and 1 c of watermelon and Have filled my water bottles (12 cups by the end of the day)
2: Walk during lunch hour break ( 60 min). Walk with Liz at 5:30 pm
3: Do Lower body ST at 7:00pm (Kathy Smith).
4: Pack for travel tomorrow.
We are going to Sarnia to visit with my son and his family, so I will try to get near a computer during the week end.
I am just going to see that these things are done today, tomorrow is another day that I do not have yet.

We are almost done with week 2 and I have to bump my routine if I am to see any loss.
Actions for this day:
1:I have finished my walk : 75 min. This is for me but later I will go walk 30 min with Liz. Her speed is slow so that is why I walk twice in the same day.
2: Upper body ST because I did lower body yesterday.
3: I am going to stir fry veggies for supper. (Red cabbage, bell peppers and carrots),
4: I have already drunk 10 cups of water.
5: Should watch fruit intake, as i seem to have eaten more than 5 servings today.
6: That is my action plan today and I will try my best to do all that is on it.
