I am not loosing any weight. I don't drink pops, only water.It's been about 6 months since I kicked them to the curb. I am exercising at least 20 minutes or more 5 days a week. My glucose readings are under 150 every morning, my blood pressure was almost normal when I went to the doctor yesterday but I have only dropped 2lbs since my last visit 3 months ago. What is wrong? I am not good at tracking my foods. I don't always have the caloric information of every food that I eat and I don't feel the tracker is always right because of the servings it lists. 1 gram of this or that, who eats 1 gram and most measuring cups are based on 1/2 cups or 2/3 cups not grams. Spoons measure 1tsp or 1TP. This is confusing. I have my days when I eat very good and then some days I am a picky eater and I want what I want. I like eating my veggies and fruits. I don't do well with milk and I enjoy having almond milk. Yesterday I ate one Kelloggs Fiber Plus Antioxidants bar and the gas was rolling around my rib cage and coming out the other end!! Whew! Increase the "fiber" LAWD!! I can't stand the pain or the noise.LOL.
I want to join the Diabetics 8 week challenge but I am afraid that I may not get any results and will be truly ready to give up on me. Please help someone. I will appreciate some true suggestions. I appreciate the motivation and the encouragement but right now I need a solution from someone who knows what it's like to have this problem. Thank you everyone in advance.
