i've exercised like this before and been ok, what's up? i spent some quality time with the treadmill, did my crunches and spent a little personal time with the power bands. if i didn't know better i would think i was in the body of a 90 year old! i try to do these types of exercises every week and don't feel like this, what gives? hope this doesn't keep up.
