Yes, I do bring my lunch to work! I make it easy on myself. I bring a big bag of washed, chopped lettuce from the grocery store to work on Mondays. Then each day I bring leftover dinner or cottage cheese, tuna, cherry tomatoes, etc. I put whatever I have for the day on top of the lettuce. Then I spray balsamic vinegar over the top and it is ready to eat! I get daily comments from co-workers on how healthy my lunch looks. It is... and I am healthier for it!
