My last blog entry was all about new goals and streaks. Last night I went to all you can eat pizza restaurant and ate my whole day's calorie allotment in one meal! That is upsetting! At the time it was fun, but now I feel guilty. However, I am not going to let it get me off track.
Today is a new day! I ate well, didn't spluge, took a walk, and went to work. I made a new crockpot recipe today too. That is one of my goals for the week. As Chris says, "Take one step backwards and two steps forward!"
I'm hoping the pizza doesn't show up on my weekly weigh in!
