Many people eat because of what's eating them- stress!', says nutritionist Earl Mindell, Ph.D., author of Earl Mindell's New Vitamin Bible. It's no wonder! stress hormones stimulate appetite. Solution? A German lab study found that vitamin C reduced stress hormones by 33% in stressed-out, subjects. And a University of Colorado research study reveals that people given vitamin C burn an additional 100 calories a day without even exercising.
Dosage 1,000mg to 3,000mg a day.
