I looked in the mirror today with my clothes on and I can see the weight is coming off. Even though the scale is showing that I'm dropping the pounds. This is a very encouragement to continue to keep it moving at all times.
Yes, we do get tired, but just do that 10,15,20, or 30 minutes. Just remember when you do start your workout you want to go on a little longer.
We all can do it.
Don't give up. If you fall, get up and start again.
Keep it moving and see results.
