How I Increase Steps!!!

When I'm getting ready for work I place my pedometer on and start my steps when I leave home until I get to work. I park a ways from my job and walk into the building. I keep moving at work by working to the other side of the office to get my paper work. Take a longer way to the rest room. I walk on my morning, lunch, and after breaks. I continue to walk until it's time to go home.

When I get home I walk a long ways to get my mail and walk around my building and yes, I take the stairs. I take a walk around my neighborhood and keep moving inside until it's time for me to go to bed.

Keep it moving at all times

Staying on Track!!!!

Yes, I'm proud of myself that I have been staying on track with my eating. I have been eating more fruits and vegetable. Also, drinking my water and my green/oolong tea.

I will make my goal weight during the right things as exercising and keeping it moving.

I hope all my SP friends are doing great also.

We have to have the patient for this weight to come off. We know that it did not take a day for us to get this heavy. That's why we have to have the patient to keep it moving at all times and if you fall off the wagon get up and get back on track.

Don't give up. We all can do this.

    Yes, without each other we can get the weight off, but it's a lot more fun and inspirational to do it together.

Portion Eating

I hope everybody is doing great on portion eating. I have been doing great, but sometimes it's hard, but I do have the power to keep it on the small amount.

Yes, I do drink my green tea and body weight water everyday.

Also, eating my healthy snacks.

Let's do this together.

Training at Work!!!!

Since I moved to a new department I have to learn all the work that the department deals with. We are not to old to learn new things. I felt that the person who trained me didn't do a great job. But I will get more training by the supervisor.

I'm glad that's Friday.

My SP Friends have a fabulous weekend and remember to keep it moving and drink that water.
