I hope everybody had a nice Thanksgiving Day with your family and friends. I can say that I enjoy spending time with my family.
Yes, I stay on track with everything. I'm proud of myself for not pigging out on this day.

Yes, I do have Leslie Sansone Walk at Home/Walk the Fat. Sometimes I just like getting out to get fresh air when I go to Home Depot, Walmart, and other stores to change up my routine from getting bore.

I workout inside also when I do not want to leave my home.

Keep moving do help me a lot and I stay motivated when I wear my pedometer.

I am staying in track with my drinking my water, tea and exercising.

Let's get this weight off.

You can do it if you really motivated about getting healthy.

Too Cold to Walk Outside!

I did get my waling on I went to Home Depot and walked in there. It wasn't too bad. I was looking at all the things they had. When I get more money I seen some items I would like to purchase.

I continue to walk when I got home inside my building.

I hope everybody had a nice Sunday. I did.

I did bond with my baby sister and she also walked with me at Home Depot.

The winter is coming and I am still moving.
