THE START (AGAIN)

So here we go again!! We have joined Golds Gym and I started with a trainer for now. OMG He tried to kill me last night!! I am really feeling to today too!! :( We have planned on going 3x a week to start off... so far we have stuck to that plan. I think that going tomorrow is going to be tough - depending on how much I still hurt lol!! I have been trying to be better on eating 3 meals a day and healthy as well. Last weekend was hard - my daughters bday party and you know the kids wanted cake, cookies, and candy since it was also easter!! I dont think that I did that bad though! I really need to work on cutting out ALL sodas and sweets. Is there anyone in the Bowie area that goes to Golds Gym at Fairwood?? I would love another workout buddy besides the hubby!! :)

So the first week I did okay... end of the second week I gained 2 lbs back. I was lazy this week. Its been nasty raining here and the kids making me crazy.

This week will be better!! We actually tried to go look at a gym tonight but the desk was closed. So we are going to go look in the am. I cant wait. I hope that I can make this happen.

Yesterday we went to my Sister In Laws B day/Annual Crawfish boil. IT WAS SOOO GOOD!! I don't think that I over ate at all. Its one of those all day social things where you never really get full. I didn't eat any chips or junk but I did have 1 soda!! :( Today we moved all our stuff from one storage unit to a larger / closer one and that was fun too! I think that I got a little bit of a work out! I'm hoping so anyway!! :)

Starting Week 2

So Saturday we did our weigh ins and I lost 6.8 pounds!! I was excited! I guess that the 3 hour mowing the lawn session helped!! I am noticing that the food intake is not my problem!! Its the laziness!!! So this week is all about getting moving!!! Hope that I can get it under control!!

    emoticon Hi Its ME!! Great Job - 1 week down - I too was happy with a 3.6 lb loss... perhaps if I wasn't on the sideline - I would have done better. I TOO can be lazy - that's SOOOO apparent. Your giving me motivation - don't give up on me! emoticon

    thats my issue too. I can easily eat good food, I really have no problem avoiding junk food because my boyfriend is very athletic and my son has no choice but to eat what we buy lol. It's making the choice to get up off of the damn couch and do something!

MAY DAY MAY DAY - Starting on the NEW Me!!!!

So tomorrow morning starts the new me. May First is going to be my starting point. I bought hand weights to use with my Wii Fit. I am going to be taking Mega-T Green Tea pills also. I am hoping that I can stick with it this time. I also downloaded Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout. I am going to go back and forth between Wii Fit and that. I want to lose about 100 pounds. When I take my weight and measurements tonight I will post them in a STARTING POINT Blog. Any encouragement is welcomed and thanks for taking the time to read my beginnings......

Starting Weight: 289.2

Right Arm: 15 inches
Left Arm: 15 inches
Right Thigh: 25.5 inches
Left Thigh: 25.5 inches
Tummy: 56 inches (above belly button)
Boobs: 54 inches (across largest bust part)

See its mostly my tummy and fat back that I need to lose... a little in the thigh area but mostly the middle!!!!

    Good luck! You sound very motivated and have everything ready for a new start. BTW I'm an "apple" also. I know exactly what you mean.
