I am on a mission to lose 10% of what I weight right now in 13 weeks, I think this is doable and I really need to push for this. I'm tired of putting in all the work and not seeing the loss. I will practice portion control and eating a lot more fresh veggies and fruit to achieve this. I know I have the exercise thing under control and good eating habits, but now I need to step it up and get better eating habits. More fiber less sugar and clean protein. I've done this and now I need to do it and then maintain, if that means weighing myself more often then I'm going to do that. This is not my set weight and I can get back to where I should be, so I'm in my forties I'm over it and want to lose it. It's time.
