I am doing really well on the structured eating plan and only have issues on the weekends when I don't have everything planned, however I'm learning to plan ahead. I know after a while this will just be second nature and I can keep this going till I hit goal. Eating the protein is a lot harder then you think but it does make you feel full a lot longer and I like having a variety of things to chose from. The reduction in carbs and processed junk has been a lot easier then I expected, I'm still reading a lot of labels but I'm learning what I can have and what the carb counts are. It does make a difference. I love the new tracker makes it a lot easier to get everything logged. I know a couple things are not exactly what I'm doing but just having everything there helps me keep a better track of what I'm doing. I'm getting there and look forward to reaching goal, most likely by the end of summer but then I have the task of learning to maintain. Kettlebell class has really helped me a lot with building muscle and my cardio that I have continued with the practice and hope to keep going for a long time. I love the live classes and being part of them. I'll keep checking in and listing my progress, yes I'm making progress and it feels great.
