I just wanted to let everyone know about a cool part of the prevention.com website that I found. You can put in your town and map out a walking route and it tells you how far that route will be. I used to get in my car to run down to the store and post office. Today I walked instead. Went to the store to update my powerball ticket and to the post office to get yesterday's mail. Had to count my steps in my head because I still haven't bought a pedometer, Made 1900 steps and when I got home I went to Prevention.com/mywalkingmaps and input the route I took. Turns out it was .93 miles, so the average of 2000 steps per mile seems pretty accurate. I live in a very small town Kimberly, Idaho only 2.500 people, and if my town is on this website yours should be too. Let's Get Walking Spark People. Spring is on the way!!!!

Today is a cardio day, so I picked the stationary bike at the YMCA, and I chose the ride through space around some space stations. Killer 6 to 15 % grade. My legs are killing me, but my sense of accomplishment is HIGH.
