1. I want to be able to be more physically fit and active than I am. I want to have me health indicators continue to improve to the healthiest range for me.
2. I want to look healthy and strong and solidly grounded (no wobbles).
3. I want to feel excited, forward-looking, hopeful, and engaged.
4. With a slimmer, healthier body, I will be able to go farther, last longer, and go faster than I can now.
5. Other goals: Have more fun, be more grateful, be present in my life every day. I hope the same for you.
