Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? Yes. I have set up a space in my garage for my exercises. I have cushioned pads on the floor. I have my TV/DVD set up. I have my Nintendo Wii set up with my TV. I have and use my Wii Walk It Out and my Leslie Sansone Walk At Home DVDs. I have a weighted vest that I just purchased from Amazon that I plan on adding weights to as I shed weight. I plan in starting with 10 pounds then adding in increments of 5 pounds as I progress. I have my dog leashes and dogs at the ready. Hopefully, the Spring weather will allow for daily walks with the dogs.
What is your exercise plan? I plan on walking at least 30 minutes every day.
Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods? SPARK Nutrition Guidelines; Recipes: Two Special Soups (one with spinach, the other with posole. Healthy and good. I have many ingredients and will get the rest this weekend. I'll make some batches up and freeze servings to use during the challenge time. I also will get plenty of fresh fruit and veggies. Yum!
Do you know how to connect with your team mates? I plan on posting on my Team Discussion Board every day. I will read at least a team blog every day and comment too. I will give goodies to my Team mates to celebrate their successes and give them support as they might need.
