What is this? O it's my Waist... 20lbs in Six Weeks!

Sunday, December 25, 2011

I am thrilled with my success. I forgot that my body should go in at the waist... now I do... can't wait to go belt shopping.... Yep BELTS!!!! Haven't worn one in about thirty years!
Thanks emoticon You've helped me to stay focused. Now I want to Pay it Forward. If I can do it Anyone Can!
The thing I Love the Most is that I am not starving, and I do not have ANY food cravings. I've been around all of my favorite foods and desserts and not even tempted. I'm not talking about Willpower... I'm talking about the complete absence of Craving a Food!
Water is a miracle and cure all. I drink 100 ounces everyday and have at lest 32 ounces upon rising everyday. It was hard for the first three days... then I actually began to enjoy it... Now I Love it and Crave it! WEIRD & WONDERFUL!!!!
Good Health To All Of You My Friends!

What will happen this Week?

What WILL happen this week
(written by my health coach)

One of 3 things WILL happen this week:

#1 You will lose weight. You will make a plan, stick to the program, feel amazing & be a healthier person. You will take all of these opportunities to get stronger. You will say "no" to anything not on your plan & "yes" to slimmer waist line. You will say "no" to sugars and "yes" to burning fat off your midsection. You will say "no" to anything not on plan & yes to that wonderful energy that comes with being in balance without hunger & cravings. Your focus will be on people, family, & friends.

#2 You will stay the same weight. You will be mostly on plan, but DECIDE and CHOOSE what you will have this week. You may use the 1 Tablespoon rule & savor the flavor of your favorite once-a-year dessert. You will feel powerful that you enjoyed the holidays without feeling deprived, but kept your health a priority. You will impress your friends with your healthy habits. You will DECIDE how much & what & get right back on plan afterward because you know what you want.

#3 You will gain weight. There are 2 ways to get here. 1) Decide on it. You will decide, "I am going to be off plan today & just eat what I want." You will join everyone else & eat what is passed to you. Or 2) You will not decide. You will "see how it goes" "go with the flow" and "find out what happens." Not choosing is a choice. You will not choose & automatically go to the "path of least resistance" and just what your genes are telling you to do: Eat while you can & store fat for the hard times. Either way, you can choose to get right back on plan & in a few days your body will learn how to burn fat again. And you can continue with your journey.

No matter what you CHOOSE. ENJOY this week. With 1, 2 or 3, you could feel bad about it. You could regret it. You could be thinking the whole time that you should be doing something else.

But "can I coach you on that?"....DON'T FEEL BAD. Be happy & enjoy whatever you choose! Have a Great Week! If you lose weight rejoice that you have done an incredible thing & become even stronger. If you stay the same, love that you can take life into your own hands and not be controlled by food. Love that you can enjoy & be the captain of your own life. If you gain, enjoy the week anyway. Savor every bite of anything you want. Embrace your decision and enjoy the journey. Think of how far you have come & all the good choices you have made.

Whatever you choose, know that you are loved & that you have a Health Coach that will meet you wherever you are and take you to wherever you want to go.

End of week three... Success

Down a total of 11 pounds in 3 weeks. That is not the "only" good news. What I am so happy about is that I am learning to change my Habits of Disease for Habits of Health. It's working!
I will never weight the same as I do today (unless accident or unforeseen occurrence)!
Moving toward my Optimal Health and BMI... Finally!
emoticon 100oz of water daily! Drink half your weight in ounces daily!

Starting a New Program 4Me

Monday, November 07, 2011

In case you are wondering where in the world I've been... well I'll tell ya... I've been using SP since the beginning of September and I Love the Programs and the support. I discovered a "diet"program that I believe will work well for me to reduce weight, get physically fit and keep me involved with SP and the goal to get America Healthy!
After using this "diet" to get to my healthy weight, SP is my program of choice for a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life.
My goals include loosing 50 pounds (w/in 6 months), in three weeks I will start cardio and strength training, and train for a 10k walk/run in April or May. I owe this way of thinking directly to SP. Since finding it in September I have been able to continue to make changes to help me finally get healthy for life, not just a quick fix, then return to old bad habits when I am stressed, happy, mad, whatever, but to really take care of me... the right way for Life!
Thank you to all of you who have supported me so far, I know you will continue to cheer me on to my goal, and I am here for you as well! Thanks Friends!

    Congratulations!

Remember that if something does make you stumble, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get back into the swing. Don't even hesitate.
