As a teacher, Fall has always been an exciting time for me. A new set of students, a new schedule, a new year. This Fall, I found both a Pilates and a yoga class weekly. I have dabbled in both and have always done at least one weekly. I am really enjoying the Monday yoga, Thursday Pilates routine.
Last Christmas, I joined Weight Watchers online. I thought it would give me a new perspective and help get me off the plateau I was on...Well, I am happy to report I did lose 8 pounds. But I found the community support lacking in their online site and the advertisements for things to buy much worse than here...and there is a monthly fee.
So I have decided to come back to old friends on Spark People and lose the rest of my weight here...
