2.8 pounds to go
Life has been very stressful this year and its really staring to take its toll on me. This week was especially tough. Iíll blog in more detail about it this week if I have the energy.
Exercised 11 minutes each day this week. There were a couple days where I didnít feel like it. Knowing that it was just for 11 minutes made it doable. Iím on a two week streak of working out every day. Starting today itís 12 minutes.
Except for the snatches, im up to 10 pounds for kettlebell exercises. I went up to 10 pounds on the free weights but am doing only six reps for each hand (for the extra minute I did two sets of bicep curls)
I met my goal of eating 2 vegetables. Both of them on Sunday. Throughout the week, after that, I ate an additional 3. This will be the last week where my goal is 2 vegetables. Moving up to 3 per week (per week not per day) for August.
After a really bad morning and early afternoon of bad eating, I was at the kitchen area of my workplace prepping a cucumber and a lemon juice drink. A co-worker comes by to get some water (English definitely not her first language). She observes what I am preparing. And says, ďwow, thatís really healthyĒ. I thank her for the complement. Then she quips, ďthatís why you donít have any tummyĒ.
I thought it was cute. Donít ask me why.
