For as much as I usually complain about stagnating, I actually lost 0.2 pounds on a week that included the Fourth of July, Two buffets and two Chinese food meals.
4.2 pounds to go.
ive never been able to get on track exercise-wise, so I am gong to try the 10 minutes a day thing. I think what Downie writes in "The Spark" makes sense. so ima try it.
Also shooting for two vegetables this week (not per day, for the whole weeks)
