Our Garden and long over due post

I can't believe it has been so long since I posted anything on here. In April we started cleaning out our flower bed that has been long time neglected. It is really looking great and I am so excited. We have been hauling rocks and putting in a rock pathway, let me tell you hauling rocks is definately a workout. We have enjoyed every minute of minute. emoticon

Motivated Again

Well after a few weeks of being off track with exercise, I'm finally walking again. I went for an hour walk before work for the past 2 days. One step at a time.

Bad Week

I have been on book tour for the past 10 days and for the first 3 days I did very well tracking everything I ate and all the water I drank, made sure I did my exercises and then the schedule went crazy and my eating habits went with it. Finally back home and hitting it hard again starting now.

Bad Day

Had a bad day eating wise and when I went to Staples I bought some gum drops and I should have known better. I can't leave them alone. That set me up for a bad afternoon and evening. Bad eating. Leads to zapped energy so I didn't get my exercise done other than my stretches this morning. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. emoticon
