This is a task assigned to us in one of my teams so I am posting it here:
Reflect on the month of September.
What did you do that was fantastic and what did you do that was no so great? Well I know this month I ate too many snacky salty foods and I need to just stay away from them becasue it is causing my weight loss to be bad this month!
BUT--- I am getting better organized! WOOHOO!
What will you do to improve next month and what will you keep the same?
I refuse to buy any of those snacky foods!
I am going to keep decluttering I want to be clutter free by 2011
What kind of goals do you need to make in order to accomplish your bigger goals?
Keep the motivation
Clear out the cupboards
stick to my guns and not allow red light foods in
take my meds as directed!
