So here it is the new year and I am getting ready to start my new meal plan for the pre-surgical diet to get 50 pounds off... here it is:
*v8 or tomato juice
*oatmeal or cream of wheat
*NONfat yogurt, greek yogurt, lite (with no chunks of fruit and only sugar free)
3-4 protein shakes a day at least 2 made with skim milk
Also they said one meal a day I can have lean protein (pork, chicken, fish eggs)
I am supposed to take in about 1,000 calories--I will track it just like I do regular food. I am sure I will make dip for the veggies with the greek yogurt and herbs, I will also eat cucumbers and yogurt-- YUMMY!
There is also a broth I can use to steam my veggies in called UNJURY .. I will make the most of this since I will be on it a while I am sure.
also 64 oz of water a day then additional caffeine free, sugar free non carbonated beverages
