I managed to complete the cardio and strength exercise for today but I am tired now. I don't know how my sister manages to exercise for an hour. A half hour of cardio and what ever time extra it takes for the strength exercise is enough for my out of shape, odd shaped body.
I have managed to get the calorie count closer to the goal but I still haven't managed to actually meet the goal yet. At least the graph line is moving in the right direction most of the time for my first week.
