I am very tired

I managed to complete the cardio and strength exercise for today but I am tired now. I don't know how my sister manages to exercise for an hour. A half hour of cardio and what ever time extra it takes for the strength exercise is enough for my out of shape, odd shaped body.
I have managed to get the calorie count closer to the goal but I still haven't managed to actually meet the goal yet. At least the graph line is moving in the right direction most of the time for my first week.

I had a dream last night about eating. I was waiting to go out to eat with my dad but I was hungry. I was pacing around the kitchen trying not to eat anything.
I haven't even managed to reduce my calories to what this site recommends and I am already dreaming about food.
I am enjoying a delicious breakfast which has over half my calories in it but I love to eat a large breakfast on my days off. emoticon

    I agree. If you can manage to do a small lunch and small dinner. Lots of salad fixings around. :) Then a large breakfast isn't a problem.

    The breakfast is doubling as my lunch. I just finished eating it. I feel so full it isn't funny. I wonder how far over I will probably go but I will try to find a smaller dinner tonight.

    Reconsider this dream, and flip it around. In the dream you didn't eat did you? So in the dream you exercised the will power when it was important to you, waiting until you went out to dinner with your dad. It's not a dream about food, it is a dream about making choices that matter to you.

Also, big breakfasts is OK when paired with small lunch and small dinner.
