Starting weight: 179.4
Goal weight: 135-140 (ish)
Drink 8 glasses of water a day ~ D3-8, D4-9, D5-9
Eat 5 fruits and veg a day ~ D3-7, D4-6, D5-8
Eat between 1400 and 1800 calories a day ~ D3-1,694 (pleased with that for a Saturday!) D4-2,046 (not to bad considering we had family over foe dinner) and D5-1,550 (woo hoo).
Protein: 60-163 ~ D3-53 (not quite), D4-56 (not quite), D5-81 (Yay, well in there)
Carbs: 170-302 ~ D3-163 (wow under that doesn't usually happen), D4-165 (under again!) D5-146 (and again) don't thinks that's a bad thing really though
No alcohol Sun-Thurs ~ D3 - drank 6 glasses (allowed on a Saturday), D4 drank 5 glasses (ooops!), D5- no alcohol!
30 mins cardio, 3 time a week ~ D3 - yes over 30 mins, 4 and 5 - not enough exercise done! ( work on that over the next week!)
2 x 15 sit-ups daily ~ D3,4,5 - No forgot to do them eek!
Weights 2x per week ~D3,4,5 - None of the days (ooops)
In bed by 10:00 ~ D3-no, D4-yes, D5-no
Up by 6:00 ~ D3-yes, D4-yes, D5-yes
Weigh only once a week ~D3,4,5 - not weigh-in day but managed not to weigh-in!
Log on daily ~ D3,4,5 - Goal met
Well i was slightly worried about the weekend but overall i think it turned out ok (i actually had Cauliflower soup for dinner on a Saturday night lol) that is probably the best weekend i have had in a long time for calories! Unfortunately i didn't carry out any of my exercise plans, but i'm ok with that just made me realise what i need to work on and at least the food went well for a change.
