I am so thrilled...been staying on my healthy plan and feel better than I think I have ever felt in my life.
Looking back at my blog, I see that I've slipped up before, it really isn't worth it. Haven't had any added sugar or wheat in 7 months, been dancing and doing pilates, skating, and my energy is on a very even level at all times. THAT is the biggest blessing of all, no up and down swings. Only healthy carbs, lots of veggies, coconut oil and olive oil, avocado, and nuts, lean proteins and beans. oh, and SPICE!! Will have to post a picture later, don't have any recent ones on my P.C.
Now to get through Christmas and the Japanese New Years, then I am home free.

long time no post!!!

Ok, YEARS have passed...I check Spark all the time but have been too busy to actually log on and catch up with things. Still the same weight, not my best but not my worst either! Ready to roll up my sleeves and put in the work that I need to get ready for Summer.
Still doing my dance 2 or 3 times a week so that has helped me from crashing and needs to be tweaked in order to feel my best.
I love to move....but diet is 80% of the equation.

Thanks Swan 47!!! Sometimes it helps to make a written declaration to make it real. I love healthy foods, and I like feeling good.
Plenty of time till Summer to make the changes needed to make it a good one!

Long time no post...been keeping on my program more or less but have slowly slipped up. Haven't gained too much but more than I wanted to. Still dancing 2 or 3 times a week so I'm in pretty good shape. Now to get back on track. I am still 15 kilos down from my starting weight 3 years ago. But 10 kilos over my lowest.
Still, keeping my weight in an acceptable range for 3 years is an accomplishment.
Added coconut oil again, I found that it really helped with cravings. Staying away from binge triggers like bread and white carbs.
Adding more water with lemon
Doing more ab targeting exercises every night if I can.
I want to go into my 50's IN is worth the effort.

almost to my goal!!!

Very pleased....been off sugar now for almost 5 months? Have never felt better in my life, I DO NOT MISS IT!!! No cravings, the ones that have plagued me for 47 years. Anyway, I am now past the 19 kilo mark, over 42 pounds that is! No more ups and downs for me. A healthy diet and exercise...sounds like a no-brainer but it really makes a big difference in every aspect of your life.
