... so I haven't dieted in a while.
I still work out about once a week, but with every surge of emotional eating, I just give in to the idea it will never happen.
No matter how hard the PCOS induced insulin rocks me, I will stay strong and NOT give in to carbs.
I plan to actually work out and diet accordingly this weekend.
The summer vacation left me with extra pounds, unfortunately.
There's always something in the way.
I have got to find a way to overcome the "morning demons"
That is, I must wake up and go to the gym no matter what.
I'm feeling determined today.
In spite of everything, I will continue to fight the extra body weight.
