Day 13 of Bootcamp

Ok so I feel good today!! I haven't missed a day yet (surprisingly) and I hope that I can make it thru more next week.. I want to keep up whatever I'm doing cuz it seems to be working!!

I'm excited to get back out to bike riding now that the weather is in the 70's and my girls are not sick!!

Weight loss

OK I think my Dr's scale is crazy.. but the 10lbs loss made me feel good.. I hope that I can keep going and not get stuck.. I'm not looking for huge numbers, just slow and steady. I need to focus more on cardio!! I want to take a class!! ah ok I'm done.. emoticon

Major munchies attack...

Ugh... and I totally gave in... I guess it could have been worse.. I had some chips and salsa.. then a yogurt... I still didn't go over m y calories but I was real close.. why do I do this?!! I think that I needed it... not needed the extra calories but needed to see that I can mess up and still jump back up and get to it. All I can do now is get on my bike and get some extra exercise in!

Day 9 Bootcamp complete... oh yeah baby still going!

    We all have that desire to eat bad foods once in a while. As long as you control the amount you are doing good. You also stayed in your calorie range so that is good. You can do this! I still have to have that salty snack once in a while.

    I had a planned cheat day today..I give myself one if I feel I 'need' it around every 2 weeks...Don't get down on yourself though..You still did pretty good today and you're prepared to get back on program tomorrow...I did much worse than you...lol..but I too know that tomorrow I'll be back on plan...Best of luck to you ... emoticon

Day 8 of 28day Bootcamp

Today I was almost able to do the whole video without modifying any of the workouts.. Stupid asthma gets in the way.. grrrrr.. That's ok.. I did intervals on the treadmill today too so I feel pretty good.. trying to get my cardio up to 30 mins... The more I PUSH myself the better my lungs will get and then I'll be running!! lol
