I hate being so tired all the time. I feel so comatose most of the time that I'm surprised that I can have a conversation. With this one health issue (out of the few that I have) I am beyond frustration. So the answer from my dr.... it could be caused by your weight. Ok seriously!?! Like I haven't been overweight my entire life and it's now all of a sudden my weight!! UGH emoticon Now that I am taking a serious turn for the better??!! How irritating!!

  Couple of things I think you might consider:
Vitamin D levels--have they been checked? Most people do not have sufficient vit D in their diet; and even if they think they do sometimes our body does not absorb it correctly. I check vit D levels on all my men and women---and if low I start them on 50,000 units weekly for 8 weeks and recheck it. You'd be amazed at the difference it makes for some.

Dehydration--are you drinking enough water? Read this article in one of those fun little magazines (women's world or something) about not enough water causing body aches and fatigue. I thought "what do I have to lose?" and believe it our not when I drink water (and I hate to do it) like I'm suppose to I am not as fatigued and my joints don't ache.

I also run tests on my pts like cortisol levels, DHEA levels, TSH. Theres a gammit of tests these are just a few. Hope this was helpful!!!
