February was a rough month...mostly due to back pain followed by dizziness. I only managed one third of my usual monthly total fitness minutes. After 13 months of steady progress to a 75 lb weight loss, I gained 4 lbs. I'd be lying if I said my mood hasn't taken a turn for the worse.
I did manage 2 miles on my treadmill this morning while a winter storm raged outside and I have stuck to my food plan through dinner so far today.
Hoping for a better March!
