One of my top 3 goals in pursuing fitness and good health was to be able to fully enjoy my grandchildren. I just spent the last two days with my kids and my four amazing grandkids. We did all the traditional New England fall things; corn maze, apple picking, pumpkin patch, hayride, picnic, jumping in leaves, etc.
I am more grateful than I can say for the guidance and support from SP to make this a reality for me after 9 months of good nutrition and exercise.
This is a most wonderful time of my life!
