My morning walk of 3 miles put me at 502.75 miles for 2011. I have a goal of 850 miles for the year and will begin strength training when I return from vacation Oct 1.
I normally walk 7 days a week unless "life" gets in the way or my body says I need a day off. Funny though, no matter why I take a day off, I get restless and miss walking....never thought I would ever say that!!!
