So I started experiencing pain in my upper inner thighs some weeks ago and thought it would go away after a while(I walk 3 miles every day). then I started jogging about 50% of the time and it got worse. Turns out since I do all my walking on uneven, rocky, dirt roads and seldom take a day off, I was over taxing these muscles that have to work overtime to maintain my balance. I needed some rest, so I took two days off before I walked only two miles today. I am about 75% better.
I guess this is one of those times where less is more (or at least, less sore..lol).
