Transition plan time

I joined this ten week boot camp to start a habit. I love it, but now I need to start planning for my workouts off the ten week program.

I belong to a club and need to incorporate their classes into my schedule. That will not be easy. So the habit is started and between the club and home workouts this will happen.

Into week 7

So I have heard over the years...stay consistent and you will see results. This week, it is the weirdest thing...I see everyday a change. My weight has gone down 15 pounds and I see muscles coming through.

Holy cow.....I love this. I feel invigorated and excited.

    Awesome! I lift weights and I know when it started showing - all of a sudden, I started dropping weight constantly! I actually had to start adding certain foods in to my diet because I was losing so much and it was wonderful! Good job! You will love the muscle - it allows you to be more free with food choices as long as you keep working out.

5 week testing complete

So.....my result were good. Weight, mile run, body fat, inches all lower. Not extreme, but definitely in the right direction. I was able to increase my push-ups and sit-ups. I will keep going, because forward movement is positive.
