I started the 100 days to a new you challenge today. My goals for this challenge are to
01) Walk 5 minutes everyday
02) work on my tarot journal book everyday
03) drink 10 glasses of water everyday
04) work on an embroidery project 20 minutes everyday
I did all of these today, as well as watching TV, Mandala coloring & reading & game playing on my Tablet. My walk five minutes I did the Walk Away The Pounds walking steps. I wrote out the description of one Tarot card, drank my water & did more backstitching on the Pansy Wreath quilt block.
I am having a 5th bad MIGRAINE DAY & NIGHT.
